Last updated August 19, 2026

Acceptance

By using Luvus, an optional Luvus agent skill, or luvus.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Local software and user control

Luvus is local terminal software. An enabled skill can ask the installed Luvus command to inspect or change workspaces, tabs, panes, agents, worktrees, tasks, and user interface state. You are responsible for reviewing requests, granting only appropriate permissions, and keeping backups of important work.

Only use Luvus with systems, repositories, accounts, and agents that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for commands you approve and for the results of tools Luvus starts or controls.

Third-party tools

Luvus integrates with tools that are provided by other parties. Their availability, behavior, licenses, data practices, and terms are controlled by their providers. Luvus is not responsible for a third-party tool or service.

Open source license

The Luvus source code is offered under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 or later. The repository LICENSE controls your rights to copy, modify, and distribute that code. These website terms do not replace the open source license.

No warranty

Luvus is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The project does not promise that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Luvus project and its contributors are not liable for lost data, lost profits, service interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Luvus.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as Luvus develops. Updates will be published on this page with a new date. Questions and support requests can be filed in the Luvus issue tracker.
